*The name of our Rpod taken from my current employment status, 1/3 of our pilots are on some lengh of leave. My status is still employeed but up to 2 years of leave with some pay due to debilitating economic affects of the coronavirus. This saves our company money upfront while keeping pilots employeed to bring back on a steady stream when the recovery is in full swing.
